As you may have figured, we love pyjamas. We are obsessed with having a good night's sleep and will choose comfort as a style any day. Having said that, there are so many myths that exist around everything

1. Myth: You can “catch up” on sleep.

Reality: While occasional extra sleep can help, chronic sleep deprivation can’t be fully recovered by sleeping more on weekends.

2. Myth: Older adults need less sleep.

Reality: Older adults often need about the same amount of sleep as younger adults—7-9 hours—but may experience changes in sleep patterns.

3. Myth: Snoring is harmless.

Reality: Snoring can be a sign of sleep apnea, a serious condition that requires medical attention.

4. Myth: More sleep is always better.

Reality: Quality of sleep matters more than quantity; excessive sleep can also be linked to health issues.

5. Myth: You can train yourself to need less sleep.

Reality: Most people need a consistent amount of sleep to function well. Chronic sleep deprivation can lead to health issues.

6. Myth: Sleeping in on weekends is good for you.

Reality: Irregular sleep schedules can disrupt your circadian rhythm and lead to poorer sleep quality overall.

7. Myth: Alcohol helps you sleep better.

Reality: While alcohol may help you fall asleep, it disrupts sleep cycles and reduces sleep quality.

These are casual statements that we have been hearing our whole life, but here you have it, we have debunked these myths for you! You're welcome.
