Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Nidra's ethos is based around wellbeing and self care. We design products to ensure utmost comfort and quality and if our customers are not completely happy with their purchases we consider it our duty to action.

We offer refunds on items within 28 days of our customer receiving their order. We will pay for the shipment of the returns once the customers expresses a desire to return. 
We will accept returns on items as long as they meet the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving
2. The item must still be labelled, in good condition and in the original packaging
3. Items must still have all tags intact and should not have been worn or washed
4. Items must not have been tampered with

Process for Returns

If you would like to return an items then please email: nidrabysonam@gmail.com.

In your email please include the follow:

1. Order number and name
2. Address
3. Date of purchase
4. Reference number
5. Reason for return
6. Any suggestions for improvement

Once all this has been provided and we have checked the items that have been sent back, we will be able to process the return.

The refunds can take 3 days to be processed from the time we receive the items.
The bank accounts provided, will be the account into which the return is processed.

Please note that we do not refund for the original shipping cost that the customer paid, it will be purely for the price of the item.
